Budget

Dear Parishioners: On May 3, each of our three parish councils approved 2011-2012 budgets. The process was particularly difficult because our revenues are inching downward and our costs continually are rising. For example, we are facing a 20% increase in the cost of health insurance. We are committed in the clustering process to find additional ways of providing our important ministries more efficiently and effectively. Cluster Pastoral Council

From the Desk of Father Pat...
Cluster Pastoral Council:
On Tuesday Feb 7, our three parish councils agreed to move forward with the creation of a Cluster Pastoral Council. The plan is to have the new Council in place by July 1, 2012 and our three parish councils out of existence. Along with the Cluster Pastoral Council we will be moving to create cluster committees for Worship/Christian Formation/School/Human Concerns. We have been moving in this direction for 6 months. I will have the new Constitution and by-laws for the cluster council posted on our websites and hard copies available in the parish offices. If interested please click here to read the documents, and give our councilors feedback for our next meeting March 6th. Because of the requirements of Canon Law (our church law) each parish will retain its own individual Finance committees. However we will be meeting on the same night and place like our councils have done these past two years.

I will offer the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick following the 10:30am Sunday Mass on February 26th at St. Peter Church.

Contributions are deducted from your checking account on the 15 of each month. You may change the amount at any time by filling out a new agreement.
