In order to qualify with Sate of Wisconsin Corporate Law, there must be an election for the position of trustee, even though we follow the discernment process. According to our By-Laws, the pastor may nominate one person as a candidate for lay trustee. As in the past, I nominate the person discerned. The person discerned this year is Mary Jane Driedric who has been our trustee for the last six years.

Additional nominations may be made in writing and signed by at least ten practical communicants of the Congregation.

In the event that only one person is nominated two weeks prior to the election, the nominations shall be closed and the nominee shall be declared elected. If needed, the election date will be the weekend of July 7 and 8, 2007.
