Free Self– defense classes. The Mizu School of Self-defense is offering free self-defense classes on Sunday, September 23 at the St. Mary’s Gym. A Women’s self-defense class will be held at 2:00 PM, followed by class for the general public at 4:00 PM Each class will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. Attendance limited to the first 16 people to register.
