Mosaic will be Blessed

The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist invites all members of the Catholic community of southeastern Wisconsin to a special event on Sunday, September 30. A mosaic depicting Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi, the Cathedral's first piece of permanent art, was commissioned to honor the charisma and ministry of the Franciscan groups of men and women in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Auxiliary Bishop Richard J. Sklba will preside at Vespers at 5:15 PM. Bishop Sklba will bless and dedicate the mosaic.
