Flu, Pneumonia, Td and Tdap vaccines will be available at the following Ozaukee Count Public Health Department’s clinic sites. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 9:00 am. thru 11:00 am at the Port Washington State Bank. Monday, October 22, 2007 & Tuesday , October 23, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. thru 4:00 p.m. at the Port Washington Ozaukee Bank. The cost for these vaccines are as follows: Flu $23, Pneumonia $30, and Td//Tdap $5. Medicare Part B will cover the cost of the flu and Pneumonia vaccines. The Health department cannot bill Medicare HMO’s. Any further questions, please call the Public Health Department at 262-284-8170.
