A Christmas Opera

Also, save room in your holiday appetite for a performance of "Amahl and the Night Visitors", the Christmas opera by Gian Carlo Menotti originally composed for the new medium of TV. Lauren Henkle will repeat the role of the Mother, and Gregory Guokas will sing Amahl, with Ralph Smith, Bill Henkle and Bob Goebel as the Kings, and Bryant Goebel as the page, and our choir as shepherds. Performances will be Friday, January 4th at 7:00 pm, and Sunday, January 6th at 3:00 pm.
