Situations of Substance Program on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, 6:30 pm -8:30 pm at the Racine Dominican Retreat Program at Siena Center, 5635 Erie Street, Racine, WI 53402. Presented by Karen Carnabucci, MSS, LCSW, TEP, and William Sklba. Long after the battle ends, war continues to haunt not only the warriors, but their families. Our presenters, experienced with PTSD and veterans’ issues, will discuss the typical reactions of people who have experienced war and how they can productively reintegrate into their communities Our presenters will refer to Edward Tick’s book, War and the Soul.
