-CAPS: The first meeting of the Catholic Association of Port-Saukville was held to do some preliminary discussions. There will be four member from each of the three parishes making up this committee. The four members will be 1-the parish priest, 2- parish council president, 3-one other PC member, and 4-one other at large member. One of the goals of CAPS is to discuss ways to work better together. St. Mary's PC rep. will be Barb Roob. -Bus. Administrator Report: Marion Heights- we have hired a Milwaukee attorney to look into the feasibility of going after Marion Heights. Initial conversations have been positive. Anita's Garden- all engraved bricks have been installed. Labor was donated by Dan Dimmer. Stewardship forms- 135 have been turned in so far. $147,297 has been pledged. Post cards that were sent out to inactive members have drawn 65 responses. School roof repair will be done by Laubenstein at a cost of $7000. Church roof has not been repaired yet. After checking into accepting credit cards for dues, it was decided not to follow through because fees are too high. -Archdiocesan Announcements: Doug spoke about the Living Our Faith program.
