Help us make a child SMILE. Human Concerns has one international outreach a year, and it has always been during Lent. This year, however, we have chosen to use the “Souper Bowl” money for our international outreach. Instead, this years' Lenten Collection will go towards the Possibility Playground, that will be built in Upper Lake Park in late summer.
