Jacob Schowalter, a current Life Scout in Boy Scout Troop 875 sponsored by the St. Peter’s Men’s Club, is working towards his rank of Eagle Scout and is asking for your help and consideration in supporting his Eagle Project. He has chosen to have a Bell Tower built at St. Peter’s Church. The project has been approved by the Boy Scouts, Parish and Archdiocese. They have been given permission to start fundraising. The current bid for the project is $87,000.00. Any consideration you can give towards this amount would be greatly appreciated. There will be ways to participate such as purchasing an engraved brick or sponsoring a specific item. If additional funds are raised over his budget they will be able to upgrade the bell system and use better materials in constructing the Tower. All Funds donated will be used for the Bell Tower. Anyone who wants to contribute to this project may send contributions to the St. Peter of Alcantara Church—Eagle Scout Project in care of Jacob Schowalter, 206 W. Walters St., Port Washington. If you have any questions or need more information or a donation form please call 262-284-4371.
