The Most Reverend Charles Chaput, O.F.M. Cap., Archbishop of Denver, will discuss “Catechesis that Impacts the Public Square,” on Thursday, March 6 at 7 p.m. in Wehr Hall on the Alverno College Campus, 3400 S. 43rd St., Milwaukee. Archbishop Chaput’s lecture will focus on the kind of catechesis he feels is necessary to transform American public life.  The free event is the first in the 2008 Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pallium Lecture Series.  The evening will begin with a prayer service.  A reception will follow the lecture. The Pallium Series, started in 2003 by Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan, features national and international speakers who discuss pertinent issues related to religion, faith and Church activities in the modern world.
