Last week’s answer is c Via Dolorosa is Latin for Sorrowful Way or Way of the Cross. From early days on people wanted to trace the way Jesus took to his crucifixtion. This week’s question: The Latin phrase “Agnus Dei” means (a) I believe (b) Lord, have mercy (c) Lam of God (d) Lord, I am not worthy.
This is the 5th Sunday of Lent. Today we hear about Lazarus being raised from the dead. John gives us a dramatic account of Jesus bringing Lazarus back to life. Jesus will also raise us from the dead, not in the physical sense as he did with Lazarus, but Life Everlasting, life with him in “the world to come.” This week as a family, think about how these and other teachings make a difference in the way you live, share this with each other. Then decide on something you can do as a family this week to make a difference for someone else. Have a blessed week.
