"Let’s Live Again”
Grief Support Sessions – "Let’s Live Again” will take place for six Wednesdays - 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm – April 23 through May 28 at St. Joseph Parish, 1619 Washington St., Grafton – Living Room of the Pastoral Center. These Grief Support Sessions are open to all who have suffered the loss of a family member, spouse, friend, child, etc. There will be time to learn about grief as well as time to share. Topics include: April 23 Grief Is Crazy, Unique, Necessary And Normal; April 30 Understanding The Stages Of Grief; May 7 Surviving Stress And Loneliness; May 14 Our Feelings Of Denial, Bargaining And Guilt; May 21 Our Feelings Of Anger And Depression; May 28 Praying Our Goodbyes – The Value Of Memories.
