I thank you and the parish for welcoming a the Sisters of St. Theresa of Bukoba mission appeal last year. The primary purpose of the Missionary Cooperation Plan is to provide a mission group with the occasion to tell the story of its accompaniment of people toward a vision of a world in which people have adequate food, housing, education, medication and the opportunity to deepen their relationship with god. The missioner’s task is to advocate for the needs of others and to help the parish community to build bridges of solidarity and compassion between themselves and their sisters and bothers in other parts of the world. Please exted our gratitude to your parish for their generous response.
