Registration for Youth Ministry, CRE and, Confirmation

Registration forms for Youth Ministry CRE (entering grades 7-10 this fall) and Confirmation (11th grade) for 2008-2009 were send out last May and should have been returned by this time. If you did not receive a registration form or need another copy, please contact the Youth Ministry office at 262-284-2102 ext. 15 or portyouth@catholic.org. Please note there is a parent meeting for Youth Ministry CRE on September 15th and for Confirmation candidates and parents on September 7th.
