Last week’s answer is Jesus.
This week’s question is The false god worshipped by the Canaanites in the Old Testament was called. (a) Baal (b) Zeus (c) Jupiter (d) Odin
Last week Jesus called Peter the “rock” on which the Church would be built. This week Jesus calls Peter Satan, quite a difference isn’t it? Peter rejects the prediction when Jesus talked to his disciples and told them he would have to suffer horribly and die and then be raised from the dead on the third day. Jesus was telling the disciples the revelation from God, that he was the Messiah. Peter did not want to believe it because he was thinking humanly. He just did not understand what it would mean for Jesus to be the Messiah. God’s plan was more than Peter could understand. God’s plan for us is more than we can understand. This week talk and pray about being open to God’s plan for you.
Have a blessed week.
