Last week’s answer is we trace the cross over our forehead, lips, and chest. While doing this we should ask God to be in our minds, on our lips, and in our hearts.
This week’s question Signum Crusis is Latin for (a) Stations of the Cross (b) Sign of the Cross (c) Sins of Omission
Today’s parable talks about guests being invited to a wedding and the invited guests ignoring the invitation. The king who invited the guests then decides they are not worthy and invites others to the wedding. Those accepting the invitation, were not the high powered people the king invited the first and second time. They were everyday people both good and bad. This reminds us that we are all invited to God’s kingdom.
This week talk about what it means to be invited to a special event and what will be required of you if you accept the invitation. Then make a list of what Jesus expects of us when we accept his invitation. Look at this list from time to time and see how you are doing at responding to the invitation Jesus has extended to you.
