All About the Girls

Our girls are growing up in a culture that is NOT girl-friendly. Pressure to look beautiful and act sophisticated surrounds them, This two session workshop is for parents of girls ages 10 and up. ADVOCATES and an area psychotherapist will join us (Religious Ed. Directors, Denise Murre, Maureen Rotramel, and Pastoral Associate Mary McHugh) in exploring life today for our girls. Topics include peer pressure, body image, abuse issues, relationships, spirituality, and more. Thursdays, November 6 & 13, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at St. Peter of Alcantara Parish Center.
