Parish Council Minutes
September 4, 2008
-Business Administrator Report- The finance committee recommended checking into a grant for either a new boiler for the parish center or new asphalt between the school and the parish center. In the future, PC packets will be emailed to PC members that have an email address. Kim is considering hosting a financial education course at some point in the future.
-Elections- Chairperson: Doug, Vice-Chair: Bill, Secretary: Patrick
-CAPS is exploring the possibility of having one Administrator for the three parishes.
-Archdiocesan Liturgy Day- October 18th at an airport hotel from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, there will be various liturgical workshops.
-Conference call- Archbishop Dolan is holding a conference call on September 8th to discuss the status of the Archdiocese. Call by 2:15 pm to be part of the conference call.
