The annual Catholic Stewardship Appeal is winding down and the plans for the 2009 Stewardship Appeal are in their beginning stages. As of October the parish has given $30,718 to this years appeal. As administrator of the parish, I thank all the donors who aided in surpassing our goal of $29,000. As we prepare for next year, the appeals will happen at the same time that the “Faith in Our Future” appeal takes place. Please remember that the Stewardship Appeals ask for a donation in 2009. The “Faith in Our Future” appeal asks for a pledge that is to be paid in three years. More information will be forth-coming. The three parishes (St. Peter, St. Mary and Immaculate Conception) will be doing this at the same time. I am writing this now so that all three parishes will be prepared to do both appeals.
