Feeling Thankful?

Are you looking for a way to express your thanks this Thanksgiving? Let me tell you about a parish family who wishes to remain anonymous. When they get together this Thanksgiving they will be making baby blankets to donate to those in need. This was such a great story I had to share it!
Think it over, talk it over with your family, there are many things you can do. Make a family cash donation, have a family food drive for the Food Pantry, have each member of the family bring in personal care items for Advocates, make or buy Christmas gifts, donate your time to Interfaith or Habitat. The possibilities are endless.
Remember Jesus told us to love our neighbor as ourselves, what better way than to plan a family activity that will help our neighbor.
