-Business Administrator Report- Parish Center boilers: approx. 2/3 of the projected $20,000 needed is available due to the generosity of parishioners. Projected annual savings for the new boilers would be around $2600. Repaving the driveway on the north side of the PC will cost about $22,000, Kim will be writing a letter to the Huiras, a local foundation, requesting funds to help pay for the project. Casino night will be May 9th, 2009. Numerous generous pledges have made it possible for the loan payment on Anita’s Garden to be paid for the next five years. Gym ceiling plaster work will begin very soon. -Tri-Parish Director of Administrative Services: This will be a full time position with an annual salary of $40,000-$60,000. The person hired for this position will be able to hire an assistant for up to 20 hours per week. One member from each parish will be on the hiring committee. St. Mary PC approved this plan. -Parish Mission- All are strongly encouraged to attend.
