Continuing Business:
-Business Administrator Report-Stewardship packets will not be mailed to parishioners this year. It costs $1200.00 to send them to everyone and only 30% return them. New PC boilers are currently being installed by Greisch at a cost of $18,500. Three other quotes were higher. WE energies will issue a rebate of $2700.00 for the new boilers. The quotes to have the driveway between the school and the PC replaced range between $20,000 & $40,000. Casino night will be May 9, 2009. The light on the sign at the bottom of the hill hasn’t been working for quite some time and costs too much to get fixed. A solar light may be experimented with to see if it gives off adequate light. -Tri-Parish Director of Administrative Services: The allocation percentages to pay the salary of this position are as follows: St. Mary 44%, St. Peter 36%, IC 20%. St. Mary PC approved the 44% allocation with an understanding that these allocations be reviewed annually.
