The new boilers are in operation in the PC, and they’re paid for.
The Huiras Foundation will be meeting in March, at that time they’ll consider our grant proposal for driveway repairs north of the PC. Leroy Dahm is looking for feedback on the Smorgasbord Dinner. Getting enough volunteers can be difficult and we only netted $3000. Envelopes are going to be printed and put in church for visitors to use. The first meeting about the Faith in Our Future campaign will be December 10. Our fundraising goal will be around $600,000; 60% of which comes back to the parish. Our portion may be used to pay off back debt to the school or the loan on Anita’s Garden to free up cash flow to be used for educational purposes.
-Tri-Parish Director of Administrative Services: The approved allocation percentages to pay the salary of this position are as follows: St. Mary 44%, St. Peter 36%, IC 20%. The hiring committee will consist of Frs. Tom & Pat, and one member from each parish. Bill Henkle will represent St. Mary’s.
