Voluntary Simplicity

This Lenten series of topics focused on living simply is not only appropriate for Lent, but hopefully will provide us with a way to live positively during our present economic challenges. Four sessions are offered. Come to one or come to all! Topics are the following: What is Voluntary Simplicity?;  "Affluenza":  a societal affliction?; Challenging Time Poverty (Dealing with stress and lack of time); and Living Lightly on the Earth: Interconnectedness with Nature. Choose from morning or evening sessions both held at St. Mary's Parish Center. 7:00 PM Wednesdays March 4, 11, 18, 25 or 9:00 AM Thursdays March 5, 12, 19, 26. Presented by Marliss Rogers.
