Today, John tells us that Jesus tells the disciples of his suffering, death, and Resurrection. Jesus told his followers his death would be beneficial and that they should follow his example and serve others.
We know that family life can be a balancing act. It is tough for everyone to get where they need to go and to fit everyone’s’ needs into each day. We also know that when we give to someone we love, we receive much more than we give.
This week talk about how important it is to serve one another. Did you ask for help, did you give help to another member of your family? Did you ask “Why me?” Don’t worry too much if you did ask why me, we all do that once in a while! Pray together and ask Jesus to help you respond cheerfully and say, “What do you need?”
