Resources Coordinator/Case Management. This is a full-time position available immediately with Catholic Charities. The position collaborates and develops relationships and services with other community, government, business, and faith-based entities to provide resources that address the needs of poor and vulnerable persons living in Milwaukee County. Position qualifications: bilingual in Spanish/English required; Knowledge of the resources within Milwaukee County required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum 2 years experience in community/group resources; Wisconsin Driver’s license.
