This note from me is gong to take the form of a letter to the parish because it will deal with a few issues facing the parish in the near future. First of all, you must be aware of the change in Mass schedule beginning the weekend of July 4 & 5. This was published in the bulleting months ago. It will appear again the last two weeks of June. The temptation in this is, “they took ‘my’ Mass away, I am staying home”. No one is denied Mass or the Sacraments. You may have to drive and/or adjust your time on the weekend. Remember, Good Friday was not convenient for Our Lord. Whatever parish you attend your parish envelope can be placed in the offertory basket. The office sends envelopes to other parishes every week. Your Church support is still needed and appreciated. Fr. Pat and I can only do so much at one time. If you are patient and understanding, this will work out. We will make it work.
