Tapping Your Inner Well Through the Arts (Painting, Poetry, Basketry) – Sunday-Saturday, July 5-11, 2009. Let your creativity flow freely. Spend a week in nature’s quiet beauty and artistic expression, and if you wish, speak one-on-one with a spiritual guide. Learn about and experience the creative expression your heart desires. Pat Shutts, Georgene Wilson and Ruthanne Reed will offer sessions on prayer through painting, poetry, and basketry. Format includes two or three opportunities during the week to speak with a spiritual guide on what the creative process is stirring in you. This is mostly a silent retreat with times of group prayer and sharing. Let the creativity, the silence, the prayer, and the lake heal and strengthen. $440 includes supplies.
