Youth Ministry CRE registrations for those entering grades 7-10 and Confirmation registrations for those entering 11th grade are due July 15. If you did not receive a registration form or misplaced it, please contact the Youth Ministry office at 262-284-2102 ext. 15 or portyouth@catholic.org. Registration forms may also be downloaded from www.portyouth.org.
