Our new Mass schedule, not only for the weekend, but also the weekday Masses has begun. Weekday Masses will begin at 8:30 in each parish, and each parish will have three weekday Masses during the week. (During the school year, the Wednesday morning Masses are a bit later to accommodate the school schedule). The Mass schedule for our three parishes is in each weekly bulletin. Please consult the bulletin for Mass times, days, and which church.

Our CAPS committee of the three parish councils worked and deliberated on this new schedule. The schedule will be evaluated after 6 months. Let your council members know your feelings about the new schedule. Father Tom and I have decided not to publish who is at which Mass on the weekend, since we are a two-priest team, it will be good to get ‘used to’ both of us. You now have choices. This applies to weddings, funerals, baptisms, all of which are coordinated through your parish office.

I would like to recruit married couples to work with our engaged couples preparing them for their marriage. We use an instrument called FOCCUS, a tool that encourages discussion on important topics for couple to explore before they are married. If you are interested in mentoring couples (this is a great tool also for evangelization) as they prepare for marriage, please contact Father Pat or Deacon Tom Surges at 262-284-4266. A training session will be held this August in Milwaukee for new FOCCUS couples.
