Pulled from a freezing Lake Winnebago after being underwater for at least 30 minutes on Valentine’s Day, 7-year-old Tiffany Dombrowski was not expected to survive. Yet, some six months after the horrific accident that took the lives of her best friend and her friend’s father, Tiffany is a healthy 7-year-old who shows no physical signs of her trauma.
