Food Help Needed

Human Concerns was asked to help provide the food, on two occasions, for the 25-30 workers who will be building the Christian Build Habitat House. Parishes throughout the county are each taking two Saturdays. Our second one is Saturday, September 19. Below are the food items needed. If you would prefer, put a few dollars in an envelope, and mark it Habitat Food. You can put the money in the collection, or bring to the parish office, and we would be happy to do the shopping for you. This is what is needed, by Friday, September 18: The main entrée will be barbecued pulled pork and sloppy joes. Sargento Cheese has offered to provide the cheese.
3 dozen soft medium sized buns
veggies from your garden for a veggies tray
veggie dip (16 oz)
German potato salad
coleslaw
applesauce, (homemade, anyone??)
fruit--your choice (2 people)
2 jars of pickles
3 cans black olives
individual bags of snacks (potato chips, tortillas chips, etc)
4 dozen cookies/bars
2 cases water
Gatorade or similar—individual bottles, if possible
napkins, plastic ware, plates
