Bigos Cook-Off!

Polish Center of Wisconsin
Picnic & Bigos Cook-Off starting at 5:00 p.m.
Bonfire lighting with singing in English & Polish to follow at 7:00 p.m.
This will be a guaranteed fun and light spirited event!
We are looking for participants to cook a crock pot of their favorite bigos recipe.
Tasting and voting will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Winner to be announced at the bonfire
Bragging rights will be awarded to the winner along with a small prize
Sharing recipe is at the chef’s discretion
