Last week’s answers. Mary’s mother was Anna. We are expected to go to Mass on Saturday evening or Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation.
Today is All Saints Day. Today we acknowledge all the saints living and dead. This week instead of our regular questions we will ask ourselves a question. Name a favorite saint and talk about why you admire this saint. I have many, but the top three would be St. Francis of Assisi, Saint Maximillian Kolbe, and Saint Damien. After you talk about your favorite saint, think about someone you know who live the spirit of the Beatitudes from today’s gospel. Think about the challenge we are given to model our lives in this way. If you would like more information on saints stop in the Religious Ed. Office for a book or two. Have a blessed week.
