Free Will Christmas Dinner

(Free-Will) Christmas Dinner—LOTS OF HELP NEEDED. Our parish cluster will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, December 13, 11:30 AM -2:30 PM, at St. Peter's, in the cafeteria. This will be an opportunity for the three parishes to get to know one another, while doing a community event together. The dinner will be open to the public and we hope to encourage those in need, to join us for dinner. Gene Meyer, from St. Mary's, will be making his famous ranch rolls and many loaves of bread, to round out our meal.
We are looking for the following donations. If you would prefer to donate money, drop money off at the parish office, or put in collection basket, and we will do the shopping for you.
Desserts (Christmas cookies, bars, pies, anything you wish)--50-60 desserts needed
croutons—10 boxes
sweet onions—14 lbs
cucumbers---10
cherry type tomatoes—10 pints
sugar—4-5 lbs
butter—18 lbs
eggs—4 dozen
brown sugar-4 lbs
We will need volunteers in 4 shifts. Saturday December 12 time TBD (meal prep and set-up), Sunday, December 13 8:00 AM-11:00 AM (meal prep/set-up), 11:00 AM -2:30 PM (serve, wait staff, etc), and 2:30 PM -4:30 PM (clean up).
