Checks can be made out to Feed My Starving Children or St. Peter’s—put MP 1004-02 in the memo. FMSC is a charitable 501(c)3, tax deductible organization. Does your workplace have matching funds? A 24-pack of soda ($7) is 41 meals! Week #3--$3,106.90 raised, which is 18,276 meals. Amount raised so far is $9,315,06. This is enough for 54,794 of the 100,000 meals—1/2 way there! Sign-up times below:

Please sign your family up—back of church or phone/e-mail below. Kids can volunteer (ages 5-18). I need the age of all kids. A reminder e-mail/phone call will be done closer to the event with other information –place, directions, etc. Volunteers DO NOT have to live in Ozaukee County to help/donate.
Our parish cluster human concerns committee is spearheading this wonderful Ozaukee County project.
The volunteer packing will take place at Portal Industries, in Grafton, 1015 Cedar Creek Rd (take Hwy O—Saukville) on April 8-10, 2010. This is Easter week, when many young people will be on school vacation and may be able to participate in this fun and energizing experience for all ages. The meals are prayed over, by the volunteers, before being shipped, asking for God's protection, and blessing for the shipment. Fifteen volunteers can pack 4,000 meals in just two hours!
With your help, we will show how God works through this event. I hope that you will be able to join us in this extraordinary project. For further information about the project, please contact me by email (linda.gottlieb@sbcglobal.net), or phone home 262-284-7288, cell 414-688-6462.
