Last week's answer: The disciples were sad because they now knew Jesus was going away from them.
This week's question: What did Jesus pray for when he prayed for his disciples? (a) to keep them united (b) that they will be one with him (c) a and b (d) none of the above (Hint the answer is in the readings)
Jesus expresses his care for his disciples through his prayers for them. He is also expressing his care for all of us today. He wants us to be a team because we can be so much stronger together than alone. The quarterback needs the rest of the team to win games. Jesus has the power to unite we only need to accept his invitation. Let's play on Jesus' team!
