St. Mary’s will be holding a Trustee Election on Sunday, June 6. Below are the bio’s for the candidates. Please pray fully consider each candidate and take part in our election. Ballot boxes and ballots will be available at all three churches. Please call the parish office if you have any questions.

Jim Kitzinger

I have been a Parish member for about 20 years. Married to Jamie and have one son Jack. Jack attended Port Catholic and is now a sophomore at MUHS. I was a member of the Port Catholic finance committee for 7 years.

I received 12 years of catholic education. Grade school St. Sylvester’s now Divine Mercy in South Milwaukee. Thomas More High School graduate. I served on Thomas More board for 6 years, 2 years as Board President. I have a BBA in accounting and finance at UW Oshkosh, MBA finance UW Madison. CPA and CFA. I have 30 years investment management experience. I am also a founding partner at Kitzinger, Lautmann Capital Management, now 17 years in business.

Michael McComis

I have been a member of St. Mary Congregation since 1984. Married to Julie and have three children; the youngest is a graduate of PWHS class of 2010. A graduate of St. Norbert College with a double major in Mathematics and Business Administration, I am currently employed as a business analyst at Extendicare, Inc. in Milwaukee. One of my other interests involves refereeing soccer, which I do at both the club and high school level.

Some of my prior service to the parish includes serving two years on the parish council and two years as bingo chairman. I have been an usher since 1986, having served as Chief Usher for two years and currently serving as assistant chief usher. I’m also a lay minister.

My job as a business analyst involves looking into the future as well as at the past. I believe that my work skills as well as my active involvement in St. Mary Parish would allow me to serve the parish well as a trustee.
