Sustainability Fair

You are cordinally invited to the Third Annual SUSTAINABILITY FAIR AND CAFÉ on Saturday, June 19, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, at Forest Beach Migratory Preserve, Port Washington. Interesting exhibits on organic foods, aquaponics, environmental education, fair trade, coffee tastings, beekeeping and gardening. Organic (vegetarian) cooking demo presented by Deborah Jackson and Patrick Volkmann of Noel Foods CSA. A panel of food distribution experts will present a cornucopia of ideas on building a local and sustainable food economy, and answer your questions about eating locally. All activities inside, free admission, plenty of parking! Presented by the Ozaukee Community Awareness Forum, the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust and Port Fish, Inc. Aquaponics.
