Spiritual Adoption Update

Wow! It's hard to believe that our Spiritually Adopted babies are in their 9th month. Time has flown by, and the prayers that we all have been sending up have been heard. 150 babies have had their little souls prayed for. 150 moms and dads will hopefully have the chance to stare into their child's perfect little face and feel the warmth of their unconditional love. What a remarkable opportunity we have all had to celebrate life and live the Gospel. Our Joint Human Concerns Committee would like to send out a heartfelt "thank you" to all who embraced our Respect Life efforts. Commitment to protecting our most fundamental right as children of God - the right to life - must continue everyday in our prayers, our conversations, our educating, and our actions.
As a grand finale for our 9 months of dedication, we will be having a "Baby Shower" booth in honor of our Spiritually Adopted babies at our Tri-Parish festival on August 14. Please bring an unwrapped baby/toddler item to be donated to the newly opened Women's Care Center on Farwell in Milwaukee. They are located right across the street from the abortion clinic responsible for the most abortions in the state of WI. Suggested items include diapers up to size 6, baby wipes, Nestle Good Start formula, clothing up to size 5T, blankets, car seats, strollers, etc. No used car seats please.
