Pregnancy Help Center of Milwaukee, featured in a recent Catholic Herald, have partnered with the inmates at Waupun, who are now making booties, blankets, sweaters, christening gowns, for babies and those moms in need. They are looking for any kind of yarn type or color—no matter how new or old it is—partial skeins OK, too! Beautiful baby blankets have been made by these men, who now see a purpose in life! Check the church entrance to see what beauty these men have made. Leave yarn in the back of St. Mary’s and St. Peter of Alcantara, by the crib or contact Linda, for pick up.
