Last week's answer Jesus told Martha she needed to believe.
This week is Palm Sunday. Jesus rides into Jerusalem and is greeted by crowds of people who were there to celebrate the feast of Passover. People were so excited to see Jesus! They thought he was the king they had been waiting for and would conquer the Romans and set them free from oppression. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. The joy and excitement that greeted Jesus were short-lived. The people turn against Jesus, and he was crucified. But we know that the sorrow will turn to joy as we celebrate the resurrection of Christ on Easter.
