Provide Comfort Through Companionship
By St Mary Administrator @ 2:59 PM :: 143 Views :: Article Rating :: Community News

Make someone’s day—bring the gift of your smile and friendship to our hospice clients. Heartland Hospice Companion Volunteer Program gives people dealing with a terminal illness the extra TLC they need at this time in their lives. Hospice volunteers receive specialized training in techniques to care for and communicate with the terminally ill and their families. Our flexible visitation schedule is based on the volunteer’s availability and comfort level. We currently have companion volunteer needs in your area and one of the many rewards is knowing that you have made a difference in someone’s life. Call Peggy or Marcia at Heartland Hospice 414-944-2000 for more information.
